Processing. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Australia. Delivery takes 8–18 days after dispatch, with full tracking, free of charge.

Other regions (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand and others available at checkout): typically 10–25 days after dispatch.

Tracking. If your tracking number hasn't arrived within 5 business days of order confirmation, contact us at support@lioraglowup.com and we'll sort it out.

Delayed or lost parcels. Check your tracking link and local post office first, then contact us — if a parcel is lost in transit we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Returns. Every order is covered by our 30-day returns policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
